Slithering Shadows descend upon Blade & Soul on March 17th. This is a content update that adds a new raid, a new legendary weapon, and two events. The Twisted Serpent Stronghold is the new 12-player raid.
The alliance between the New Masters hangs by a piece of thread. A secret that may put an end to it is revealed. Chundoon asks for help from the adventurers.
You cannot say no to this request. Players will team up with Unak and discover the secrets of this new raid. Don't forget to prepare accordingly because this is no mere exploration mission.
You will fight against enemies that pose a serious threat. The raid is intended for level 60 characters that have attained Hongmoon level 24.
The new Blade & Soul raid brings challenges and also rewards. A new tier of the legendary raid weapon becomes available. Shadow Fury upgrade items drop from the raid.
Use these items to transform a weapon from Silversteel to Shadow Fury. A weapon is eligible for the upgrade if it has stage 7, 8, or 9. It will change into a new weapon of stage 1, 2, or 3.
The war between the Cerulean and Crimson alliances goes on in the Soulstone Plains.
These factions are locked in conflict. Travel to this area and discover your faction camp. Talk to the NPCs and get the quests that allow you to obtain warring faction tokens.
You can get them when you kill NPCs from the enemy faction as well. Visit the prestige merchant and see what you can acquire in exchange for this PvP currency. When you want to take a break from PvP, check out the Call to Arms event.
This is a recurring event that tasks players with completing activities such as dailies, weekly challenges, dynamic quests, and more. The event also includes login rewards. You will obtain remnants that are used as currency at the Dragon Express.
This way, you can get the necessary keys to unlock all 12 levels of the armory chest. Each level gives you upgrade materials.
If you complete all levels, you will gather the needed materials for the Thornbreaker weapon stage 6. Spring comes to the Earthen Realm and what better way to celebrate it than a Cherry Blossom Treasure Trove event.
