There's a new Blade & Soul patch out and its name is Steel Bonds. As you can already guess from the name and the previous update, the patch is related to the Steelbreaker raid. Players can now continue their incursion into the Steelbreaker raid. This is a 12-player raid and the latest game challenge. You've defeated the first bosses but more remain. Step into the Control Chamber and see if you got what it takes to defeat Zinji and Hyon. Should you emerge successful from the raid, you will get all the pieces of the Kingslayer outfit, however, more rewards await.
New legendary weapons are available. You can now upgrade the ones you already have. The materials needed to transform the Thornbreaker weapon into the Silversteel are available once you complete the second part of the raid and chapter 6 of Silversteel. Don't forget that there are two more weapons available as well. You can get the stage 7-9 of the Wingsong and Lionroar.
The patch also brings a new skill enhancement system that's connected to the new raid. Once you complete the raid, you will get the Silversteel Amulet. If you combine this amulet with one of the above-mentioned weapons, you will get more enhancement points for your skills.
It's time for Hongsil’s Treasure Draw event. Find Hongsil and see what the random number reveals have for you. There are no losers here. All who take part in this event get to walk away with some rewards. If you're itching for more rewarding events, don't forget about the Jubilant Jackpot Event. The Jubilant Jackpot event begins on May 20th and ends June 24th so you have plenty of time to get the prizes. The Steel Bonds patch comes with a new aura for your pet. The patch notes also include new achievements related to the new raid. One of the achievements grants you the Wirecutter title. You will need to defeat the last two bosses in less than 9 minutes and 40 seconds to get this achievement.
