Blade & Soul players don't have a moment to rest and that's a good thing. New features and two events are coming our way in February. The new patch is called Shroud of the Assassin and it's scheduled for release on February 19th. The main feature of the patch is the third Assassin specialization. The patch will also bring the beloved Blade & Soulmate event. This is your chance to take part in Valentine's Day themed events and to earn awesome rewards. Are you an Assassin player? Make sure you meet the requirements to unlock the new specialization as soon as it becomes available.
You need to be at least level 55 and to have completed the Legacy of the Hongmoon Clan quest. That's all you need to be eligible for the Way of the Phantom. The new specialization unlocks new skills. The Phantom skill gives players the power to bend phantasmal energy to their will. The Twilight Slash ability allows Assassins to catch their opponents with their guard down. Lyn are now able to become Assassins too. Players can start Lyn Assassin characters.
Blade & Soulmate is Earthen Realm's version of Valentine's Day. Everyone celebrates love and gets accordingly rewarded. This is an annual event. It comes with activities and prizes. Adventurers are invited to check out this year's activities. There are new items that are waiting to be acquired. This is also a good opportunity to obtain upgrade materials. The event also allows players to exchange their Soul Badges. Players of any class can do this. If you are a fresh Assassin player then you will be glad to know that you will get a gift that will help you develop your character. Blade & Soulmate begins February 19th and ends March 25th.
Hongsil's Treasure Draw is back. This is another event that allows players to get prizes. You will need keys that are obtained from the Hongmoon Store. The keys will allow you to select numbers from the game board. Each number hides a prize. There aren't any unlucky numbers. You will get a prize each time but the point is to get the big prizes. The event is part of the patch and begins on February 19th.
