Blade and Soul is getting a noticeable update. Call of the Deep adds new PvP and PvE challenges and also new items to collect. PvE fans have a new six-man heroic dungeon to tackle. The Drowning Deeps await them. Yurido Village residents are trying to get their lives back as far away from the Volkami as possible. The Amethyst Shore looked like the perfect place to build a settlement that would become a fishing and trading center. It was also a good zone for exploration. It all seemed too good to be true and the dream of paradise turned into nightmare when a mysterious underwater threat emerged.
PvP players should practice and train for the new activity. Nova Core is a PvP battleground that pits two teams of six members against each other. This is a PvP challenge with a twist as Nova Core, in all its grandeur, is nothing more than an ancient bowling alley. It was now rebuilt and it's once again ready to receive players. The two teams will compete to send orbs known as pulsars right into the enemy gateways.
In addition to the new activities, Blade and Soul players also have an event to take part in throughout the month of February. Blade and Soulmate is an event that celebrates Valentine's Day. As usual, players are invited to participate in challenges that are available each day. There are also weekly challenges. Tons of rewards can be collected. Players have the chance to get older event related rewards and a new costume. The 2018 event edition has a new activity. It is called Love at First Fight and it's PvP themed. Players are required to collect two items that will allow them to obtain a new slot for items.
