Starting with November 2017, Blade and Soul players have one more in-game event to enjoy. The Golden Harvest Festival is the first event dedicated to craftsmen. The special event item can only be obtained if all six crafting guilds work together. Each guild can craft one item. Players can obtain it by placing a crafting order in exchange for four crafting materials and the one gold fee. Two materials are normal but the remaining two are premium. After players have all the six items, they will spend one more Blade and Soul gold to transform them into a Thanksgiving Box. Players can also run dungeons and complete daily quests to obtain the items so they will be able to obtain two boxes per day.
The Radiant Ring guild gives the radiant lamp item that can also be obtained by completing Asura's Return in Sogun's Lament. The Forgekeepers will craft fine silverware that is also the reward for the Roar of the Furnace from the Naryu Foundry. The Soul Wardens will provide a dining table but players can get it from Quiet the Raging Seas in The Shattered Masts. The Earthseers give the secret family recipe that is also found by completing the Gatecrasher at the Naryu Sanctum in the Naryu Sanctum dungeon. The raw turkey is provided by the Acquired Taste but also obtained from the Bonds that Bind Us in the Desolate Tomb. The last item, a pumpkin ale, is obtained from the Silver Cauldron and also when completing Zakhan's Blade in the Ebondrake Citadel.
The box contains all sorts of rewards. Players can obtain dried ginseng, Aransu orbs, wheel of fate tokens, and food needed for the event achievement. Stomach of Iron is the achievement that can be obtained during this event. Players have to down Xanos five times and to eat all three foods that are found in the event box. Players that get the achievement acquire a +10 attack power boost and a title. Those who get Thanksgiving Prize Wheel Pouches from the boxes are invited to go to the Wheel of Fate in Hogshead Hamlet and try their luck for more rewards such as crafting materials and the Revelry costume. Two seasonal boxes are available at the Hongmoon Store. Players have the chance to acquire a pet, costumes, wings, and various upgrade materials.
